Madera redefines the time-honored cooking techniques of the wood-burning grill and explores artfully-crafted, market-driven cuisine of bold flavors. Using sustainably harvested and produced seafood and meats, coupled with the bountiful harvest of the surrounding farming communities, Madera presents a menu of refined yet approachable food that honors the many culinary traditions of the Bay Area. Comfortable hallmarks such as grass fed beef and Dungeness crab are revisited and reinspired.
