Madera’s wine list reflects the underlying culinary philosophy of the restaurant. There is an inseparable, strong relationship between food and wine. The regional cuisine of the Western Slope developed in tandem with regional grapes and vineyards. Madera’s wine list embraces this fruitful relationship, yet also complements its cuisine with wine that share this traditional sentiment from the world's other fine wine producing regions.
